42. Are pregnancy and delivery resulting from artificial insemination of the insured's wife covered?

The cooperative health insurance policy covers the follow-up expenses of pregnancy and delivery resulting from artificial insemination of the wife, excluding the treatment costs related to the means previous to getting pregnant. This means in vitro fertilization, steroids, treatments of infertility or impotence, infertility or artificial fertilization.
